The DW16M-400 and 630 automatic demagnetization switches (hereinafter referred to as demagnetization switches) are suitable for use in the excitation circuit of DC generators, water turbines, or steam turbine generators, as demagnetization switches for internal and external accident states of the generator and under no-load conditions.




Model and significance









Normal working conditions

1. The demagnetization switch is suitable for the following working conditions:

(1) Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;

(2) The temperature of the surrounding medium shall not be higher than+40 ℃ and not lower than -80 ℃;

(3) The relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 85%;

(4) The amplitude at the installation site shall not exceed 0.5 millimeters, and the frequency shall not exceed 600 times per minute;

(5) The inclination with respect to the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 degrees;

(6) In a medium without explosive hazards, and where there is no gas or conductive dust that can corrode metals and damage insulation in the medium;

(7) In environments with rainproof equipment or without water vapor;

2. The demagnetization switch is divided into the following types according to different convenient methods:;

(1) Current level; 400 and 630 amperes;

(2) Outgoing method; Board forward outgoing line;

(3) Operation mode; Direct handle operation and electromagnetic operation;

(4) Installation method; Open type;
