DW16 Universal Circuit Breaker Series

    DW16 Universal Circuit Breaker Series
Overview
Product Details

    Purpose:

    DW16-2000 and 4000 universal circuit breakers (referred to as circuit breakers) are suitable for distribution networks with AC 50Hz, rated current ranging from 800A to 4000A, and rated working voltage of 400V or 690V. They are used to distribute electrical energy, protect lines, and prevent overloading, undervoltage, and short circuits in power equipment. Under normal conditions, it can also be used for infrequent switching of lines.

    Normal working conditions

    1. The upper limit of the surrounding air temperature shall not exceed+40 degrees Celsius, the lower limit shall not be lower than -5 degrees Celsius, and the average value within 24 hours shall not exceed+35 degrees Celsius.

    The working conditions with a lower limit of -10 degrees Celsius or 25 degrees Celsius must be declared by the user to the manufacturer when placing an order;

    1.2 For working conditions where the upper limit value exceeds+40 degrees Celsius or the lower limit value is below -25 degrees Celsius, the user should consult with the manufacturer.

    2.2. The altitude of the installation location shall not exceed 2000m

    2.3 Atmospheric conditions

    The relative humidity of the atmosphere shall not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is+40 degrees Celsius; At lower temperatures, there can be higher relative humidity; The average maximum relative humidity in the wettest month is 90%. The average minimum temperature for the month is+25 degrees Celsius. And taking into account the condensation that occurs on the surface of the product due to temperature changes.

    2.4 Pollution level

    The pollution level is level 3.

    2.5 Installation Category

    Circuit breaker installation category IV. The installation category of auxiliary circuits is III, except for the undervoltage release coil which is the same as the circuit breaker
