Purpose:

The JLW2 series intelligent universal low-voltage circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is suitable for distribution networks with AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to 660V (690V) and below, and rated current of 630A-6300A. It is used to distribute electrical energy and protect lines and power equipment from overload, improve power supply reliability, and avoid unnecessary power outages. Simultaneously equipped with an open communication interface, it can perform four remote operations to meet the requirements of control centers and automation systems. The circuit breaker has a pulse withstand voltage of 8000V at an altitude of 2000 meters (adjusted according to standards for different altitudes, with a maximum not exceeding 12000V). This circuit breaker can be used as an isolator without an intelligent controller and sensor, indicated as.

The circuit breaker complies with standards such as GB1408.2 "Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Circuit Breakers" and IEC60947-2 "Low Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Circuit Breakers".

Normal working conditions

1. Surrounding air temperature

The upper limit value shall not exceed+40 ℃, the lower limit value shall not be lower than -5 ℃, and the 24-hour average value shall not exceed+35 ℃; Note: For working conditions with a lower limit of -10 ℃ or -25 ℃, users should declare it to our factory;

For working conditions where the upper limit value exceeds+40 ℃ or the lower limit value is below -10 ℃ or -25 ℃, users should negotiate with our factory.

2. The altitude of the installation location shall not exceed 2000m

3. Atmospheric conditions

The relative humidity of the atmosphere does not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is+40 ℃. At lower temperatures, it can be maintained at higher relative humidity. The average maximum relative humidity in the wettest month is 90%, and the average minimum temperature in that month is+25 ℃, taking into account the condensation that occurs on the surface of the product due to temperature changes. Beyond the regulations, users should negotiate with our factory.

4. Pollution level is level 3

8. Installation conditions

The circuit breaker should be installed according to the requirements of this manual, and the vertical inclination of the circuit breaker should not exceed 5 degrees (the inclination of the mining circuit breaker should not exceed 15 degrees).
